DAMMIT!
It is a flipping GAUGE SWATCH...so why can I not get this thing to not look like ass?
Here's the first clue - I can't read knitting charts worth diddly.
This will be my 4th attempt at this sucker.
Barbara Walker - I both love and despise you.
Twisted Trees...you look awesome, but why must you suck like a Hoover to figure out?
It is NO secret that I loathe swatching.
(Although I know I must do it, I don't have to like it.)
Grrrr....knitting is supposed to be RELAXING!
miffle
The Brick Wall School of Enlightenment. Bang your skull on that wall long enough and you might learn something. Bang it really hard and you are probably a frustrated knitter. Knitting content does happen once in a great while. Bitching happens a lot more frequently. Sooner or latter we all get enlightened.

Tower Mart Aliens
Behold the Tower Mart in Lathrop, CA
They are EVERYWHERE!
This is the image you get when you stumble in the front door.
These are the bread aliens.
Kind of brings "loafing" to an art form, doesn't it?
One of the many spaceships, and the silvery thing in the right corner is a space kitty!
I LOVE Roadside Attractions.
This place is worth the 65 mile drive from San Jose.

Blogger, what is your deal?
I had to fight with Blogger to get back into the bugger so I can post.
Blah, blah, blah...cookies, clear cache...whatever.
I am working on a pair of socks at the moment and being peeved at the idiotic way some instructions are written out.
K1, K2tog, YO, K3...The chart says it covers 6 stitches, but the math doesn't work out because it actually covers 7 stitches.
ARGH!
Calculator...you are my friend.
